Glades County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol FHP, Glades County Sheriff's Office GCSO or Seminole Police Department SPD.

• Kevin Brown, 45, Avon Park, was arrested Sept. 27 by SPD on an out-of-county warrant. He is being held without bond.
• Jennifer Diaz, 51, Hudson, was arrested Sept. 25 by GCSO and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $8,500.
• Robert Futch, 25, Okeechobee, was arrested Sept.26 by GCSO and charged with fleeing law enforcement and a moving traffic violation. He is being held without bond.
• Jordan Jones, 36, Winter Garden, was arrested Sept. 24 by SPD and charged with a felony traffic violation. He is being held without bond.
• Javier Jomar Rivera Phelps, 31, was arrested Sept. 23 by SPD on an out-of-county warrant. Bond has not been set.
• David Cengiz Telci, 38, Moore Haven, was arrested Sept. 26 by GCSO and charged with felony battery. Bond has not been set.
• Edward James Villarreal, 36, Moore Haven, was arrested Sept. 28 by GCSO on an out-of-county warrant. He is being held without bond.
