Hendry County Tax Collector Pat Langford presented a check for $284,237.44 making the total amount of excess fee’s returned to the county over $408,000. This represents a 14 percent increase over last year. Mr. Langford stated: “I am proud of our employees for the hard work and professionalism they display in our offices in LaBelle and Clewiston to make this happen. We had a great year and we look forward to a bright future for our office and all of Hendry County.” He also said it has been an honor and privilege working with our Clerk of Courts Mrs. Barbara Butler and wished her a great and Blessed retirement.
