OKEECHOBEE — On Wednesday, Oct. 16, Central Elementary School announced that Ms. Lister’s class has officially adopted a cow! Meet Simone, born on Sept. 1, weighing in at 75 lbs., and calling Larson Farm her home! They will be tracking her growth and learning all about animal biology in science class, plus exploring careers in our community through social studies!
