OKEECHOBEE — Okeechobee County Commissioner Bradley Goodbread reported a “hard landing” at the Okeechobee County Airport Sunday, Feb. 24 at approximately 3 p.m. Neither he nor his plane were involved, he said. The pilot and passenger were both OK, with no injuries.
