OKEECHOBEE -- The Okeechobee Cattlemen’s Rodeo Arena will celebrate 75 years of rodeo history March 14 and 15 with the Okeechobee Cowtown Rodeo, at the Historic Okeechobee Cattlemen’s Arena, 1885 U.S. Highway 441 N.
This Profressional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) rodeo showcases traditional rodeo events of bull riding, calf roping, barrel racing, bareback bronc riding, saddle bronc riding and steer wrestling.
Gates open at noon both days. Mutton Bustin’ starts at 2 p.m. The rodeo starts at 2:30 p.m.
Tickets are $20 online in advance or $25 at the door. Children age 5 and under will be admitted free with a paid adult.
