Frederick Lee Welch and Delia Blanche Welch have joined each other in Heaven. Frederick passed away on December 18, 2025, and Blanche passed away on January 11, 2026, both at their home in LaBelle, Florida. They moved from Wolcott, New York in 1993 to their current home.
Frederick was born on March 1, 1952, in Penn Yan, New York to the late Lee Frederick and Ruth Welch. Blanche was born on March 12, 1952, in Louisburg, Tennessee, to the late William Frank and Elizabeth Lucy Harris Agent.
Frederick worked for most of his adult life as a truck driver, traveling all over the country for work.
Blanch worked for most of her life as a Reg-istered Nurse, putting everyone before herself.
Both Frederick and Blanche enjoyed fish-ing, being on the water, whenever they could get away. Both enjoyed traveling and visiting family members whenever they could. The last few trips they took together were to visit cousins that they hadn’t seen in several years.
Frederick and Blanche leave fond memories with their children, Tammy Hendricks, Bubba O’Connor, her grandchildren, Delia, Frederick :”Freddy” and his wife Claudia, Tyler, her step-children, Teresa Elliott, Ginger Martinez, step-grandchildren, Edward Phalen, Anna Coello, Shayne Tajon, Dee Dee Machado, Leonardo Serria, Greyson Thomas-Wills, Iris Hendricks, Magnolia Hendricks
A private family celebration will be held later at the family home.
