The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol FHP, Glades County Sheriff's Office GCSO or Seminole Police Department SPD.
Yaunah Nevaeh Burchell, 28, Gainesville, was arrested April 2 by GCSO and charged with violation of probation. She is being held without bond.
Omar Garcia was arrested April 4. No further information available.
Darrin Lemont Hallback, 48, Moore Haven, was arrested April 3 by GCSO and charged with drug trafficking, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer. Bond was set at $65,000.
Juan Larios Tino, 29, Memphis, was arrested April 2 by FWC and charged with trespass. He is being held for ICE.
Diego Morales Lares, 44, Fort Myers, was arrested April 2 by FWC and charged with trespass. He is being held for ICE.
Mingala Pringle, 35, was arrested March 31 by SPD and charged with drug possession and a moving traffic violation. She is being held without bond.
David Palios Ya, 27, Fort Myers, was arrested April 2 by FWC and charged with trespass. He is being held for ICE.
Herbert Christopher Rivers, 60, Moore Haven, was arrested April 2 by GCSO and charged with violation of probation. Bond was set at $5,000.
Raylen Rich Smith, 18, Okeechobee, was arrested April 2 by SPD and charged with a felony traffic violation and a misdemeanor traffic violation. Bond was set at $6,000.
Ancelmo Tino Benito, 29, was arrested April 2 by FWC and charged with trespass. He is being held for ICE.
Luis Mario Tino Morales, 19, was arrested April 2 by FWC and charged with trespass. He is being held for ICE.
Tatiana Marie Torres, 22, was arrested April 5 by SPD and charged with a felony traffic violation and violation of probation. She is being held without bond.
