GLADES COUNTY — A burn ban remains in effect for Glades County until further notice.
Glades County has issued an emergency burn ban on all outdoor burning except for burning that is authorized and permitted by the Florida Forest Service.
Burn bans are also in effect for Hendry County, Highlands County, Collier County, Lee County, St. Lucie County, Indian River County, Osceola County, Brevard County, Seminole County and Lake County.
Outdoor cooking fires that are enclosed in a bar-b-que grill or other fully enclosed containment device are permitted.
