MOORE HAVEN -- Crowds at Glades County’s annual Chalo Nitka Festival were more sparse this year but the Glades County Youth Livestock Sale did well according to information shared at the March 22 meeting of the Glades County Commission.
“We did not have the crowd of people that we normally have,” said Commissioner John Ahern. “Even though the crowds at Chalo Nitka were not the same, the sale was excellent.”
He said add on money keeps coming in every day for the kids who sold animals at the Youth Livestock Sale. “The kids are going to do well,” he said.
