The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), March 24-31.

• Maite Siberio, 54, of Clewiston, was arrested March 24 by Deputy H. Carranza on a charge of felony probation violation.

• Rosniel Betancourt Corrales, 35, of LaBelle, was arrested March 24 by Sgt. L. Hernandez on a charge of battery by strangulation.

• Samuel Handy, 68, of LaBelle, was arrested March 25 by Deputy C. Link on a charge of felony DUI – 3rd violation within 10 years.

• Rene C. Puente, 20, of LaBelle, was arrested March 26 by Deputy D. Reaves on a charge of aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill and battery.

• Victor Govea, 49, of LaBelle, was arrested March 26 by Deputy G. Willis on a charge of felony violation of probation.

• Terrance Owens, 27, of Clewiston was arrested March 27 by Deputy A. Bell on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, trafficking in fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia and 3 counts of contempt of court.

• Juan Marquez, 49, of LaBelle, was arrested March 27 by Deputy I. Cadena on charges of felony failure to appear and violation of conditional release.

• Clayton Andrew Vaughn, 23, of Lake Worth, was arrested March 28 by Deputy B. Dibernardino on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Rosa Pulido, 66, of Immokalee, was arrested March 30 by Deputy B. Barrira on a DUI charge.

• Robert Ramos, 43, of Immokalee, was arrested March 30 by Deputy D. Reaves on charges of possession of firearm by Florida convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor failure to appear and two out of county warrants.

• Miguel Sebastian, 68, of LaBelle, was arrested March 30 by Deputy I. Cadena on charges of DUI, DUI - property damage, DUI – refusal to submit to alcohol test.

• 17-year-old male, of LaBelle, was arrested March 30 by Detective K. Rosado on charges of homicide, shooting into an occupied dwelling, use of 2-way communication device to facilitate felony, use of firearm during the commission of a felony, tampering with evidence and attempted homicide.

• Cornelius Ward, Sr., 45, of Clewiston, was arrested March 30 by Sgt. E. Foster on charges of aggravated battery on pregnant woman.
