The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Aug. 18-31.

• Salvatore Phillip Katz, 40, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 19 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony violation of probation.

• Ashley Richelle Sequin, 30, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 19 by Deputy F. Brutus on charges of felony probation violation.

• Brandon Reginal Henry, 36, Tampa, was arrested on Aug. 19 by Deputy R. Angelo on charges of felony probation violation.

• Armando E. Ruiz, 45, LaBelle was arrested Aug. 19 by Deputy K. Rosado on charges of indecent exposure, falso imprisonment, battery, indecent / lewd & lascivious touching of certain minors.

• Daniel Lee Ruthledge, 29, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 20. by Deputy .R. Angelo on charges of battery, possession of controlled substance without prescription and introduction of contraband into a detention facility.

• Elvis Enrique Cadenas Mondragon, 46, Naples, was arrested by Deputy I. Cadena on charges of battery, obstruction of justice and sexual assault.

• Aaliyah Alvardo 23, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 30 by Deputy D. Givans on charge of felony probation violation.

• Rjay Armstrong, 45, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 20 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of drug equipment, possession of controlled substance without prescription and harvest/endangered plant without permit.

• Laura Ann Warran, 54, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 20 by Deputy J. Keith on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of marijuana.

• Jakobie McKinsey Jones, 24, Pahokee, was arrested on Aug. 20 by Detective J. Goldberg on charges of attempted murder, possession of ammunition by Florida convicted felony, use or display of firearm during a felony and firing a weapon in public.

• Melvin Lindberg Ford, Jr., 36, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 21 by Deputy D. Givans for outstanding felony violation of probation.

• Giovani Auguste, 28, Immokalee, was arrested on Aug. 22 by Agricultural Deputy AJ Maynard on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berries without permission and possession of drug equipment.

• Juan Francisco Moran, 42, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 23 by Deputy J. Tomblin on charges of felony battery by strangulation and resist officer without violence.

• Gabriel Trevino, 36, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 25 by Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of possession controlled substance without prescription.

• Jose Vincente Roman, 47, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 25 by Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of possession controlled substance without prescription.

• Roselene Constant, 64, Immokalee, was arrested on Aug. 25 by Sgt. M. White on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berries without permission and use of false/forges palmetto berry harvest permit.

• Josapha Derilus, 61, Immokalee, on Aug. 25 by Sgt. M. White on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berries without permission and use of false/forges palmetto berry harvest permit.

• Jaquavious Javez Thicklin, 36, Clewiston was arrested on Aug. 25 by Deputy Velasquez-Olvera on charges of felony failure to appear.

• 14-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 26 by Deputy M. Ramirz-Reyna on charges of robbery by sudden snatching and battery

• Michelle Dalaine Prescott, 49, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 26 by Deputy S. Farraj on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment and driving while DL expired more than 6 months

• 15-year-old male, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 27 by Cpl. D. Reaves on charges of battery on LEO, resist officer without violence and petit theft.

• Johnny Johnson, 30, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 27 by Deputy A. Bell on charges of felony probation violation and 2 counts of misdemeanor probation violation.

• Johnathan Soto, 22, LaBelle was arrested on Aug. 27 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of felony probation violation.

• Alexis Marie Perez, 24, Hollywood, was arrested on Aug. 27 by Deputy R. Goas on charges of aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, battery cause bodily harm and resist officer with violence.

• 14-year-old female, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 28 by Deputy E. Vasquez on charges of written / electronic threat.

• 16-year-old female, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 28 by Deputy J. Tomblin on charges of aggravated battery on person 65 or older.

• Carlos Javier Ceballos, 49. Tarpon Springs, was arrested on Aug. 28 by Deputy M. Fracier on felony probation violation.

• Victor Hernandez, 40 Lehigh Acres, was arrested on Aug. 29 by Deputy G. Willis on two outstanding felony warrants.

• Juanita Garcia Whitaker, 71, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 28 by Deputy G. Sosa on charges of DUI, damage to property and hit & run.

• Jose Juarez, 69, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 29 by Agricultural Sgt. M. White on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berries without permit.

• Isidoro Juarez, Barajas, 66, LaBelle, was arrested on Aug. 29 by Agricultural Sgt. M. White on charges of destroy/harvest palmetto berries without permit.

• Tony Billie, 20, Okeechobee, was arrested on Aug. 29 by Deputy D. Givans on 2X felony probation.

• Richard Lucien Morin, 54, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 30 by Deputy Velazquez Olvera on charges of DUI.

• Miralda Ramirez, 35, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 30 by Deputy H. Carranza on an outstanding felony warrant.

• Dennis Kenneth Graham, 32, Cape Coral, was arrested on Aug. 30 by Deputy S. Desir on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and felony property damage.
