The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Oct. 26 - Nov. 1.

• Domingo Martinez, 40, Clewiston, was arrested on October 26, by Cpl. L. Rodirguez on charges of aggravated battery with deadly weapon.

• Deion’te Jamal Butts, 26, Clewiston, was arrested on October 26, by Deputy Sheriff R. Conant on charges of Battery on LEO.

• Christopher Matias Gomez, 29, West Palm Beach, was arrested on October 26, by Deputy Sheriff G. Sosa on charges of DWLS/R – third or sub violation.

• Henderson Almark Holligan, 34, Clewiston, was arrested on October 26, by Lt. E. Morgan on charges of fleeing & eluding LEO and resist officer without violence.

• Alena Jane Stockton, 24, Clewiston, was arrested on October 28, by Deputy Sheriff D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation.

• David Lee Hallback, 42, Moore Haven, was arrested on October 28, by Hendry County Narcotics Unit on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of drug equipment.

• Marvin Lee Nixon, 68, Clewiston, was arrested on October 29, by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Omar Israel Millet, 66, Clewiston, was arrested on October 30, by Deputy Sheriff G. Gonzalez on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked – third of subsequent violation.

• Aaliah Renee Quintanilla, 20, Clewiston, was arrested on October3 0, by Deputy Sheriff G. Camacho on charges of aggravated battery by person detained in detention facility.

• Victor Jesus Mendez, 45, Clewiston, was arrested on October 31, by Deputy Sheriff C. Amoruso on charges of burglary of unoccupied dwelling.

• Abraham Josafat Nunez, 22, LaBelle, was arrested on October 31, by Deputy Sheriff R. Conant on charges of DUI and resist officer without violence.

• Raphael Auguste, 47, LaBelle, was arrested on October 31, by Deputy Sheriff S. Farraj on charges of DUI.

• Marcel Brown, 38, Immokalee, was arrested on November 1, by Deputy Sheriff P. Overbee on charges of felony - FTA.
