Kiwanis hosted the Annual Kids Christmas Shopping so children 4-12 could shop for their family without them around. Parents waited out in front of the Kiwanis Thrift Store while their children went inside to shop. They were assisted by a high school Kiwanis Key Club member. All presents were wrapped by other Key Club members and Kiwanis members. Thank you to Santa and Mrs. Claus, the Key Club Members; Mary Pringle & Natalie with the Kiwanis Aktion Club for setting up outdoor Santa, goodies & hot chocolate. Thank you to the Kiwanis Staff who brought down the Christmas wrapping supplies and setting up the area. Karan Roach for rearranging wrapping area, wrapping and supervising the wrapping station and Sue Williams for joining in the wrapping fun!! We couldn’t have done the event without everyone’s teamwork. The Key Club was a big part of the success. Thank you to everyone for a perfect shopping experience.
