Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Michael Graf, 49, Northwest 35th Avenue, was arrested March 3 by OCSO Deputy Victor Gonzalez and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon and failure to register a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $61,500.
  • April Shauger, 32, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested March 3 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Peterpaul and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $106,000.
  • Joshua Walker, 36, Ninth Street, was arrested March 4 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Peterpaul and charged with habitually driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Michael Harmon was arrested March 4 and charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Corey Hardy was arrested March 7 and charged with eight counts possession of narcotics with intent to sell and one count possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
  • Dennis Nival, 32, Kissimmee, was arrested Feb. 28 by FHP and charged with two counts DUI with property damage, one count DUI and two counts leaving the scene of an accident with damage. Bond was set at $12,500.
  • Melissa Carnley was arrested March 7 and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, six counts possession with intent to sell narcotics, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jimmy Sullivan, 42, Northwest 11th Drive, was arrested March 8 by OCSO Deputy Ro Smith and charged with two counts grand theft. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Eduardo Villoldo, 46, Brynwood Lane, was arrested March 8 by OCSO Deputy Ro Smith and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, grand theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $36,000.
  • Calina Kimla, 33, Southeast 20th Court, was arrested March 7 by ONTF and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $110,000.
  • Linda Carnley, 41, Northeast Second Street, was arrested March 7 by ONTF and charged with obstruction without violence and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $110,000.
  • Jonathan Hunt, 37, Northwest 31st Avenue, was arrested March 9 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
  • Victor Ortiz Ramirez was arrested March 8 and charged with DUI, child neglect without great bodily harm and operating a vehicle without a license.
  • Heather Davis, 37, Southeast Fourth Street, was arrested March 7 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Corinna Mauldin Roberts, 52, Southeast 96th Trail, was arrested March 8 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with driving without a license/third offense or subsequent. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Kelly Marin was arrested March 11 and charged with five counts resisting an officer with violence.
