Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Kathy Armstrong, 52, Southeast 25th Drive, was arrested March 23 by FWC and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Bryan Baker, 44, Morriston, Fla. was arrested March 23 by FWC and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Annette Ewing was arrested March 22 and charged with trafficking in synthetic cannabinoids, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession with intent to sell drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and introduction of a controlled substance into a detention facility.
  • Stephen Ford, 57, Northwest 37th Avenue, was arrested March 22 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Peterpaul and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Dawna Deck, 38, Northwest Third Street, was arrested March 22 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Peterpaul and charged with possession of alprazolam, possession of fentanyl, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $8,500.
  • Jason Chism, 41, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested March 24 by OCSO Gabe Greseth and charged with possession of oxycodone, driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,250.
  • Crystal Hoffer, 42, U.S. 441 North, was arrested March 24 by OCSO Deputy Gabe Greseth and charged with possession of oxycodone and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Armando Cruz, 23, Northwest Third Street and charged with possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $121,500.
  • Trinity Casselton, 35, Southeast 36th Avenue, was arrested March 31 by OCSO Deputy Gabe Greseth and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Bond was set at $9,500.
  • Mark Smedley was arrested March 28 and charged with accessory after the fact in a first-degree felony.
  • Brandee Foster, 40, Port St. Lucie, was arrested March 8 by OCSO Deputy Alejandra Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
  • Michael Lee, 68, Southwest Sixth Street, was arrested March 13 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Alexander Mendez, 41, Indiana, was arrested March 15 and charged with DUI and failure to register. Bond was set at $4,000.
  • Kristopher Mansur, 38, Maryland, was arrested March 19 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • Alan Campos, 18, Northwest 32nd Avenue, was arrested March 25 by OCSO Deputy Alejandra Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Charles Spiva, 30, Southeast 10th Street, was arrested march 29 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere and charged with aggravated battery. Bond was set at $50,000.
  • Ramiro Reyna, 34, Northwest 46th Terrace, was arrested March 29 by OCSO Sgt, Aric Majere and charged with battery/inmate on inmate. Bond was set at $25,000.
