Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Darin Coleman, 54, Port St. Lucie, was arrested June 3 by OCSO Deputy Anthony Hull and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,250.
  • Rufus Rhoden, 44, Southeast 18th Way, was arrested June 2 by OCSO Deputy Mark Wright and charged with felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Alkeecia Clayton, 22, Northeast 16th Avenue, was arrested June 3 by ONTF and charged with drug possession within 1,000 feet of a specified area, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana resin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $22,000.
  • Clayton was also charged with two more counts of possession of drugs within 1,000 feet of a specified area. Bond for those charges was placed at $30,000. On June 5, she was charged with sale of drugs within 1,000 feet, possession with intent to sell and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond for those charges was set at $31,000.
  • Devin Langford, 35, Southeast 27th Street, was arrested June 5 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Cabrera and charged with delaying contact with law enforcement, battery and violation of a pretrial order. Bond was set at $23,000.
  • Clifton Maurer, 42, Southeast 21st Avenue, was arrested June 5 by OCSO Deputy Tyler Cox and charged with domestic battery by strangulation and battery on a known pregnant woman. Bond was set at $18,000.
  • Tabitha Coulombe, 39, Northwest 39th Circle, was arrested June 5 by ONTF and charged with sale of methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $40,000.
  • Alex Wright, 54, South Parrott Avenue, was arrested June 6 by ONTF and charged with obstruction without violence and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Joseph Smith, 61, Northwest 12th Street, was arrested June 6 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Rachel Blanchard, 37, Lantana, was arrested June 7 by OCPD Ted Van Deman and charged with battery on a person 65 or older. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Alex Wright, 54, South Parrott Avenue, possession of cocaine with intent to sell and sale of cocaine, possession within 1,000 feet of a designated area and sale within 1,000 feet. Bond was set at $105,000.
  • Stephanie Davis, 34, Northeast 78th Way, was arrested June 6 by ONTF and charged with tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Charles Newby, 65, West Palm Beach, was arrested June 8 by OCSO Deputy C. Chagnon and charged with grand theft and hindering contact with law enforcement. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Jonathan Sills, Northeast Second Street, was arrested June 9 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with fleeing law enforcement. Bond was set at $7,500.
  • Victor Siaulys, 20, Miami, was arrested June 10 by FHP Officer Jacob Pigg and charged with fleeing law enforcement with disregard for human safety, willful reckless driving, possession of a fake ID and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams. Bond was set at $20,000.
  • Crystal Lamb, 47, Clewiston, was arrested June 9 by OCSO Deputy Isobel Jean and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $20,000.
