The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Robert Chittenden, 50, Southeast Eighth Drive, was arrested June 10 by OCSO Deputy Ashley Rojas and charged with two counts possession of child pornography and five counts electronic transfer of child pornography in state. Bond was set at $140,000. Chittenden is a registered sexual offender who is currently on probation after being adjudicated guilty of 15 counts of possession of child pornography in November 2018.
Jordy Ordonez, 27, was arrested June 10 by OCSO Deputy Isobel Jean and charged with battery and child abuse without geat bodily harm. Bond was set t $1,500.
Lena Mottley, 42, Southwest Fifth Street, was arrested June 15 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense and attaching a plate not assigned to that vehicle. Bond was set at $2,750.
Karina Mojica, 27, Sports Complex Road, was arrested June 12 by ONTF and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $2,500.
Joseph Smith, 61, Northeast Fourth Street, was arrested June 15 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $4,000.
Michael OConnor, 45, Northwest 63rd Terrace, was arrested June 15 by OCSO Deputy Frank Incorvaia and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $2,500.
Wendy Cardono Kelley was arrested June 16 and charged with three counts child neglect and one count DUI.
Rahmin Warner, 24, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested June 17 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $5,000.
Tifton Allen, 24, Northeast 17th Avenue, was arrested June 17 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with loitering, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $6,500.
Brianna Fulwider was arrested June 16 and charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
