The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Dejah Jackson, 33, Northwest Third Avenue, was arrested Aug. 19 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in cocaine. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Travis Butts, 32, Southwest 11^th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 18 by OCSO Deputy Alejandr Rojas and charged with two counts failure to comply with registration law. Bond was set at $30,000.
• Curtis Beachum, 41, Northwest 86^th Court, was arrested Aug. 20 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and trafficking in methamphetamine. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Kayline Gavlin, 19, homeless, was arrested Aug. 21 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with inhaling harmful chemicals and possession of marijuana resin. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Ashya Pierre, 21, U.S. 441, was arrested Aug. 21 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with battery on a person 65 years or older. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Carmen Barber, 57, Southwest Third Street, was arrested Aug. 22 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $16,000.
• Keenan Jones, 19, Osprey Road, was arrested Aug. 24 by OCSO Deputy Isobel Jean and charged with DUI and possession of marijuana resin. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Ryan Law, 21, Northwest 22^nd Street, was arrested Aug. 24 by OCSO deputy Karson Reno and charged with fleeing law enforcement with no regard for safety. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Charmel Smith, 45, Northeast 15^th Street, was arrested Aug. 23 by OCSO Deputy Frank Incorvia and charged with resisting an officer with violence, assaulting an officer and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Jason Gillis was arrested Aug. 22 and charged with sale of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Miguel Nunez, 22, Northwest 36^th Terrace, was arrested Aug. 17 by OCSO Deputy Mark Wright and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Mikel Wood, 45, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Aug. 21 by CAT and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $4,000.
