The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Ashlya Pierre, 21, U.S. 441, was arrested August by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Roodoph Coicou, 48, Pembrooke Pines, was arrested August 27 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Roger Waugh, 22, Southeast 22^nd Court, was arrested August 25 by OCPD Officer Ashley Bieger and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,500.
• Joshua Burton, 39, Northwest 15^th Avenue, was arrested ONTF and charged with fleeing law enforcement. $3,500.
• Alfred Moore, 40, Southwest 22^nd Street, was arrested August 26 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Heriberto Rojas Jr., 38, Northeast 48^th Avenue, was arrested August 27 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with transmitting information harmful to a minor. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Ignacio Morales Garcia, 34, Southeast 68^th Avenue, was arrested August 28 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Brittany Stone, 28, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested August 23 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $1,500.
