The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Jeremy Jones, 38, Southwest 13^th Street, was arrested Sept. 26 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Charmel Smith, 45, Northeast 15^th Street, was arrested Sept. 29 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with robbery by sudden snatching and battery causing bodily harm or disability. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Richard Tucker, 55, Southeast 27^th Street, was arrested Sept. 28 by OCSO Deputy Gabe Greseth and charged with tampering in a 3^rd degree felony, violation of pretrial condition, tampering with a witness, escape and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $77,000.
• Kelli Lynn Adkins, 48, Southwest 15^th Street, was arrested Sept. 30 by OCSO Deputy Matt Grumbling and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Kevin Jurich, 54, State Road 78 West, was arrested Oct. 2 by OCSO Deputy Gabe Greseth and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, possession of alprazolam and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $8,500.
• Kenneth Powell, 25, Jupiter, was arrested Sept. 30 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident involving damage, possession of cannabis resin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Lemmie Prescott, 41. U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 30 by OCSO Deputy Matt Grumbling and charged with possession of methamphetamine, driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.
