Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • David Bernal, 35, Northwest 39th Avenue, was arrested Nov. 30 by OCSO Deputy Austin Rhodes and charged with habitual driving without a license. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Jay Levesque, 32, State Road 78 West was arrested Dec. 4 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with unarmed burglary. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Joel McArthur, 19, Northwest 302nd Street, was arrested Dec. 7 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with carrying a concealed firearm and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $2,750.
  • Alex Krueger, 28, Linda Road, was arrested Dec. 7 by OCSO Deputy D. Larowe and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Christopher Russel, 45, West Palm Beach, was arrested in Palm Beach County and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Johnny Rodriguez, 25, Southwest 87th Terrace, was arrested Dec. 7 by OCPD Officer Dalton Pitts and charged with domestic battery by strangulation and felony criminal mischief. Bond to be set by judge.
  • Manuel Alvarez Jr., 39, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Dec. 8 by OCSO Deputy F. Incorvaia and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, two counts possession of fentanyl, five counts possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana resin. Bond was set at $72,500.
  • Alain Fidelle, 33, Kissimmee, was arrested Dec. 8 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with fleeing law enforcement with lights and siren active. Bond was set at $15,000.
  • Katie Fry Suggs, 39, Southeast 24th Street, was arrested Dec. 8 by OCSO Deputy Tyler Cox and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $25,000.
  • Gilberto Tagle III, 32, Northeast 80th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 8 by OCSO Deputy Gabe Greseth and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $8,000.
  • Clinton Jenkins, 42, Lake Placid, was arrested Dec. 9 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, driving without a license/third or subsequent offense and attaching an unassigned license plate. Bond was set at $31,000.
  • Billy Glover, 53, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Dec. 9 by OCSO Deputy Lawrence Merlino and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, drug possession, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, fleeing law enforcement, resisting arrest and driving without a license. Bond was set at $229,000.
  • Mason Cassidy, 28, Northwest 106th Street, was arrested Dec. 10 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Ernesto Hernandez Diaz, 35, U.S. 441 North, was arrested Dec. 8 by OCSO Deputy Ricardo Hernandez and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
