Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Justo Gonzalez, 24, Hallandale Beach, was arrested on March 24 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Christopher Bowman, 35, Northwest 115th Drive, was arrested on March 27 by ONTF and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Ramon Ros Sanchez, 43, Lake Worth, was arrested on March 28 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Tameka Rosa, 40, Northeast 60th Avenue, was arrested on March 30 by OCSO Deputy Greseth and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender and a misdemeanor of giving false information to a law enforcement officer. Bond was set at $4,000.
• Kevin Cornwall, 63, Southeast 25th Street, was arrested on April 1 by OCSO and charged with DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Billy Foley was arrested April 4 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and no tag/registration.
• Sameer Tarek Abu Lawi, 26, Jacksonville, was arrested April 2 by OCSO Deputy William Jolly and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $9,000.
• Timothy Rogers, 66, Delray Beach, was arrested April 5 by OCSO Deputy K. Lowe and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated abuse of an elderly or disabled person and false imprisonment. Bond was set at $55,000.
• Jonathan Macias was arrested April 5 and charged with possession of cannabis, resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, false report to LEO, possession of an alcoholic beverage by a person under the age of 21, child abuse and battery.
• Avra Toni Mollema was arrested April 2 and charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license and child neglect without great bodily harm.
