Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Cameron Allen Jr., 19, Northwest Third Street, was arrested April 6 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with possessing photos of a child engaging in sexual performance. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Enrique Antonio Urbano, 23, Southeast 13th Avenue, was arrested April 7 by OCSO Deputy Michael Cauley and charged with possession of fentanyl and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Aaron Gaucin, 37, Northwest First Street, was arrested April 7 by ONTF and charged with habitually driving without a license. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Carmelo Velez, 37, Southeast 28th Street, was arrested April 8 by ONTF and charged with sale of narcotics within 1,000 feet of a specified area and delivery of narcotics within 1,000 feet of a specified area. Bond was set at $100,000.
  • Mason Cassidy, 29, Northwest 106th Street, was arrested April 8 by OCSO Deputy Lawrence Merlino and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $3,250.
  • Melissa Lowe, 53, Southeast 24th Street, was arrested April 8 by OCSO Deputy Lawrence Merlino and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Kalvin DeLeon Vicente, 19, Northeast 96th Avenue, was arrested April 9 by ONTF and charged with fleeing law enforcement with no regard to safety of others, reckless driving and two counts speeding in excess of 50mph. Bond was set at $44,500.
  • Amber Staley was arrested April 10 and charged with four counts possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of less than 20 grams cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license and giving a false name to law enforcement.
