The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
- Sean Tutterow, 45, at large, was arrested April 13 by OCSO Deputy L. Merlino and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $2,500.
- Madison Jewell was arrested April 14 and charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct/offender over the age of 19.
- Bailey Schloerb, 28, Southeast 38th Terrace, was arrested April 15 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of fentanyl. Bond was set at $2,500.
- Douglas Werk, 42, Northeast 131st Lane, was arrested April 15 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $2,000.
- Camarion Kelly, 18, Southeast 36th Terrace, was arrested April 15 by OCSO Deputy A. Esquivel and charged with possession of THC and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $7,000.
- Tonie Ruffino Deibler, 65, Northeast 29th Terrace, was arrested April 15 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $7,750.
- Corinna Raiford, 57, Northwest 172nd Court, was arrested April 12 by OCSO Deputy L. Merlino and charged with DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.
- Rajindra Ramautar, 41, Fort Lauderdale, was arrested April 14 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $2,000.
- Christopher Harris, 26, Southeast 24th Boulevard, was arrested April 16 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
- Aaron Gurrustieta, 34, Northwest 36th Avenue, was arrested April 15 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to DUI testing. Bond was set at $2,500.
- Dominick Simone, 67, Ct., was arrested April 17 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to DUI testing. Bond was set at $3,000.
