The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
Jonna Kimla, 37, Southeast 20th Court, was arrested July 30 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of Clonazepam, possession of Adderall 30mg, possession of Adderall 20mg, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $46,500.
Dillon Hill, 25, Southeast 20th Court, was arrested July 30 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of Clonazepam, possession of Adderall 30mg, possession of Adderall 20mg, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $26,500.
Susan Vancise, was arrested August 1 by OCPD Officer M. Duran and charged with petit theft/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $2,500.
Chase Weeks, 31, Southwest 10th Street, was arrested August 3 by OCPD Officer Ted Van Deman and charged with criminal mischief, resisting an officer without violence and threatening harm to a public servant. Bond was set at $4,500.
Alberto Villegas Gongoria, 48, Northwest 42nd Avenue, was arrested August 4 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and child neglect. Bond was set at $4,000.
Robert Baker, 60, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested August 2 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.
De’nitrik J. Whittaker, 25, Southwest Fifth Street, was arrested August 2 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set a t$1,000.
Thomas Fralix, 38, 43rd Avenue, was arrested August 4 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to testing. Bond was set at $2,500.
Ormin Simms, 38, Fort Pierce, was arrested August 5 by OCSO deputy L. Merlino and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to testing. Bond was set at $2,500.
Jonathan Kane was arrested August 10 and charged with DUI, refusal to submit to DUI testing and driving on a suspended license.
