Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Charles Booker, 28, Northeast 15th Street, was arrested Sept. 9 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Cabrera and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Robert Kinder, 63, Southeast 29th Street, was arrested Sept. 6 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Cabrera and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Kimberly Stein, 51, Northeast 60th Court, was arrested Sept. 9 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.
  • Esther Tommie, 47, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 16 by OCSO Deputy A. Ziegler and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to DUI testing. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Angel De LaPaz, 22, Southwest 21st Street, was arrested Sept. 20 by OCSO Deputy Vincent Cabrera and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to DUI testing. Bond was set at $750.
  • DeWayne Rutherford was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with petit theft and use of someone else’s ID without consent.
