The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.
• Eddie Brooks was arrested May 7 by PBSO and charged with battery on person 65 years of age or older. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Wilberken Casseus was arrested May 8 by PBSO and charged with 3X attempted second degree murder with a firearm, and weapon offense - shooting into an occupied building. Bond was not set.
• Ernst Joseph was arrested May 12 by PBSO and charged with battery. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Thomas Tezanos was arrested May 12 by PBSO and charged with grand theft of motor vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000.
