The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.
• Kentura Wheeler Gutierez was arrested July 9 by PBSO and charged with burglary with assault or battery, neglect child without great bodily harm, conditional release violation, and resisting officer - obstruct without violence. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Claymore Fields was arrested July 10 by PBSO and charged with drug possession - possess with intent to sell/manufacture, deliver controlled substance schedule I; reckless driving first offense; drug equipment possession and or use; marijuana possession less than 20 gram cannabis. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Johnny Ford was arrested July 12 by PBSO and charged with sexual assault - by 18 years of age or older sex battery victim under 12 years of age, lewd lascivious behavior - exhibition of 18 years of age or older victim less than 16 years of age, and lewd lascivious behavior - promote sexual activity victim less than 16 years of age. Bond was set at $75,000.
• Jermaine Singleton was arrested July 15 by PBSO and charged with burglary of occupied structure unarmed and grand theft property value $750 to $5K. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Everic Morgan was arrested July 15 by PBSO and charged with burglary with assault or battery, criminal mischief damage to property $1,000 and battery by touch or strike. Bond was set at $5,000.
