The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.
• James Minus was arrested Oct. 4 by PBSO and charged with petit theft from merchant, farm or transit agency 2+ prior convictions. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Hercules Yarns was arrested Oct. 5 by PBSO and charged with petit theft from merchant, farm or transit agency 2+ prior convictions. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Kevin Bell was arrested Oct. 6 by PBSO and charged with weapon offense - commit third degree felony with weapon and drug possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver controlled substance Schedule I. Bond was set at $10,000.
