OKEECHOBEE — Brianna Perry Quarters for a Cause will be held on Tuesday, March 18 at the American Legion, 501 SE Second St. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the quarter auction begins at 7 p.m.

Brianna gave birth to baby Alvin on Feb. 11, 2025. Shortly afterwards, Alvin was sent to Nemours Children’s Hospital after being diagnosed with HIE (Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy), where he under went a treatment of therapeutic hypothermia to prevent further brain damage. While in the hospital he had a seizure and was put on medication to prevent more seizures.

Wear some blue to be entered into the special raffle provided by Suzanne Mixon from Suzanne’s Homemade Jams and Jellies.

Events include 50/50, Chinese raffle, vendors with cash and carry.
