Teen charged with distributing child porn

OKEECHOBEE - On July 13, 2021, the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office executed a residential search warrant at a home in the 2800 block of Northwest 32nd Avenue.
 
The search warrant was about a CyberTipline Report of alleged child porn being distributed from that residence.
 
Occupants of the residence were asked if they were willing to go to the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office to be interviewed. Following his interview, one of the occupants, Lionor Robin Pena, 19,  was arrested for two counts of transmission of child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography.
 
Pena was booked at the Okeechobee County Jail with the bond to be set at first appearance.
