The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.
• Miteria Smith was arrested Aug. 27 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Miquavious Banks was arrested Aug. 30 by PBSO and charged with drug possession - possible intent to sell, manufacture or deliver controlled substance Schedule III. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Kienaskia Workman was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with aggravated battery on person 65 years of age or older, assault - aggravated with intent to commit a felony, and resisting officer - obstruct without violence. Bond was set at $5,000.
