OKEECHOBEE — After reportedly weaving all over the road Sunday evening, a 72-year-old woman was arrested and charged with DUI. Patricia Dunbar, Northeast 23rd Way, was arrested Feb. 21 by OCSO and charged with DUI.
After a witness called 911 to report that his vehicle was almost side swiped by a probable drunk driver, Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Murtagh responded to the area of the 1400 block of U.S. 441 South. He was met by the witness who provided dashcam footage of the vehicle .
Dunbar reportedly told deputies she had been drinking at the American Legion and later at Good Spirits. Her breath test results were noted as 0.211 and 0.209
Bond was set at $500.
