Adult Activities

• Tuesday, April 2 and 9, 2 p.m., Book-A-Librarian - Personalized attention in areas of computers, mobile devices, genealogy, online resources and more. Space is limited. First come, first served. (60 min.) Preregister.

• Friday, April 5, 10:30 a.m., Browsers - Basic (hands-on) A browser is the name for the software used to access the internet. Learn the basics of using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Some computer experience is necessary. (60 min.- 2 hr.) Preregister.

• Tuesday, April 16, 2 p.m., Create a Vision Board - Use our materials, or bring your own pictures. (90 min.) Preregister.

• Thursday, April 25, 2 p.m., E-Books (hands-on) - Learn about the Library’s e-book service, how to get e-books and what is needed to transfer an e-book to a reader. Bring your device and your account information for assistance. (30 min.-2 hr.) Preregister.

Kids Activities

• Tue, April 2, 9 and 30, 3:30 p.m., Live Homework Help: Tutor.com - Learn about our free online tutoring available; feel free to bring your homework. (30 min.) Call to make an appointment.

• Wednesday, April 3, 3:15 p.m., Kids Money Smart - Test your money smarts with a series of fun games that promote financial literacy. Prizes for the
winners. Refreshments provided. Ages seven and up. (60 min.) Preregister.

• Thursday, April 4, 11 a.m., Palm Beach Opera - Become a part of the opera story! Palm Beach Opera provides a singalong storytelling experience for younger audiences. Ages two and up. (60 min.)

• Friday, April 5, 3:15 p.m., LEGO® Bricks - Build, imagine and play with our LEGO® bricks. Ages four and up. First come, first served. (45 min.)

• Saturday, April 6, 13, and 27, 2:30 p.m., Pop Up! Arts & Crafts - Features a fun new craft that all children can enjoy! All ages. (45 min.)

• Monday, April 8, 10:15 a.m. or 3:15 p.m., National Library Week, Scavenger Hunt- Learn about what your library has to offer and participate in a special
musical book circle. Elementary-age students and home-schoolers are welcome to attend. Refreshments provided. Ages six and up. (45 min.) Preregister.

• Wednesday, April 10, 3:15 p.m., Who’s That Pokémon? - Bring your DS or Pokémon cards and get ready to battle, trade and make new friends. Snacks provided. All ages. (60 min.)

• Thursday, April 11, 18, and 25, 3:15 p.m. - Crochet for Kids - Step-by-step instructions and easy hands-on projects for beginners. Materials provided. Ages 9 & up. (90 min.) Preregister.

• Wednesday, April 17, 3:15 p.m., Easter Basket - Fun crafts followed by egg hunt. Materials provided. All ages. (45 min.)

• Monday, April 22, 3:15 p.m., Earth Day Stories & Crafts - We’ll share stories and talk about daily habits that can make a big difference in protecting our environment. All ages. (45 min.)

• Tuesday, April 30, 4:15 p.m., Children’s Day/Book Day! - Celebrate childhood and the love of reading with stories in English and Spanish. All ages. (45 min.)
