Palm Beach County Arrest report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Octavio Martinez, Belle Glade, was arrested Feb. 13 by PBSO and charged with 2X burglary of occupied dwelling unarmed, grand theft, resisting officer - obstruct without violence, and petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency 2+ prior convictions. Bond was set at $51,000.

• Keithen Dennard, Belle Glade, was arrested Feb. 13 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery - aggravated battery on pregnant victim and property damage criminal mischief $1,000 or more. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Cruz Alcala-Ramirez, South Bay, was arrested Feb. 14 by PBSO and charged with burglary of occupied dwelling unarmed, loitering - or prowling, and 2X sex offense - voyeurism first offense. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Genri Macedo, Belle Glade, was arrested Feb. 16 by PBSO and charged with battery - commit domestic battery by strangulation, and felony contempt of court - offender violated no contact order. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Datiniste Peterson, Belle Glade, was arrested Feb. 18 by PBSO and charged with fraud/swindle - defraud to obtain property value of $50,000, 3X fraud/impersonate - use or possess ID of another person without consent, and fraud/impersonate - use ID of another without consent $5,000 or more. Bond was set at $108,000.
