The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Eloy Villarreal was arrested May 22 by PBSO and charged with burglary of occupied dwelling unarmed, criminal mischief property damage - over $200 under $1,000. Bond set at $10,000.

• Johntavis Richard was arrested May 23 by PBSO and charged with contempt of court - offender violated no contact order. Bond was not set.

• Henry Boyd was arrested May 25 by PBSO and charged with burglary of unoccupied conveyance unarmed and loitering or prowling. Bond was not set.

• Letha Altheme was arrested May 25 by PBSO and charged with petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency 2+ pior convictions. Bond set at $3,000.

• Derrick Roberts was arrested May 27 by PBSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment of person, and battery by touch or strike. Bond set at $5,000.

• Martin Fonseca was arrested May 22 by PBSO and charged with grand theft of firearm. Bond set at $5,000.

• Atley Johnson was arrested May 27 by PBSO and charged with possession of controlled substance without a prescription, resisting officer - obstruct without violence, and operating motor vehicle without valid license. Bond set at $6,250.
