Western Palm Beach County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Samuel Tarver was arrested July 25 by PBSO and charged with petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency 2+ prior convictions. Bond was set at $2,000.

• Stephon Jordan was arrested July 25 by PBSO and charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, resist officer - obstruct without violence, and battery by touch or strike. Bond was set at $19,000.

• Ruben Luerano was arrested July 26 by PBSO and charged with obstructing justice - tamper with evidence in criminal proceeding, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and resisting officer - obstruct without violence. Bond was set at $4,000.

• Roshell Williams was arrested July 29 by PBSO and charged with felony failure to appear. Bond was not set.

• Henry Boyd was arrested July 29 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery on pregnant victim. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Jasmine Boyd was arrested July 29 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery on pregnant victim. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Gregory Hylton was arrested July 23 by PBSO and charged with aggravated stalking, contempt of court and burglary of occupied dwelling unarmed. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Getulio Marquez-Cruz was arrested July 27 by PBSO and charged with hit and run, operating motor vehicle without valid license second conviction. Bond was set at $5,250.
