The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Jessica Kelsoepagan was arrested Aug. 20 by PBSO and charged with felony failure to appear. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Gerald Simmons was arrested Aug. 22 by PBSO and charged with obstructing justice - tamper with evidence in criminal proceeding, possession of controlled substance without prescription, drug possession - possible intent to sell - manufacturing or deliver controlled substance schedule I, amphetamine trafficking - traffic in meth/amphetamine 14 grams +, possession of drug equipment and or use, and marijuana possession less than 20 grams cannabis. Bond was set at $267,000.

• Daniel Delacruz was arrested Aug. 22 by PBSO and charged with driving without license causing death or serious injury with vehicle. Bond was not set.

• Hugo Mondragon was arrested Aug. 23 by PBSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Shekera Anitria Allen was arrested Aug. 23 by PBSO and charged with 2X petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency 2+ prior convictions; driving while license suspended revocation equivalent status. Bond was not set.

• Shakeara Lashanay Allen was arrested Aug. 24 by PBSO and charged with smuggle contraband into prison - employee marijuana in correctional institution, and drug possession - employee possession of controlled substance in correctional institute. Bond set at $55,000.
