The PortMiami team congratulated the Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association during its 60th anniversary jubilee celebration at the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center on Saturday, April 27. Lille Bell Rodriguez (third from left), who works for Airglades International Airport in Clewiston, accepted a Presidents Circle award from the FCBFA, and posted later on social media that she was “pleased, honored and humbled to accept this award and to join past and present recipients who I have long admired and respected.” She thanked the organization for “your continued efforts and dedication to the logistics industry and Gateway to the Americas,” which is a local enterprise zone effort that’s expected to pay off hugely for the area as the airport is converted into an international air cargo hub.
