HENDRY COUNTY -- Owen-Ames-Kimball, a Hendry County Road & Bridge Contractor, along with its subcontractors, has begun a roadway improvement project at the intersection of County Road 833 and County Road 846.
The project will include intersection improvements and lighting.
For the safety of the motorist, residents, and workers within the project limits, the intersection will be intermittently down to one lane of traffic in each direction or shifted to a temporary roadway during work hours.
Motorists are asked to please travel with caution through this area.
The closures are necessary to improve the conditions of the roadway. Please seek an alternate route and allow extra time to reach your destination.
The project is expected to last approximately 210 days with expected completion in September of 2019.
Residents or Motorists with questions or concerns can contact the Hendry County Engineering Department at 863-675-5222.
