LABELLE — Hendry County Road & Bridge Contractor, Lynch Paving & Construction Co., Inc., along with its subcontractors, will begin paving operations on Fort Denaud Road on Friday, May 17.
The County asks the public to keep in mind that this project will take place over several months.
For the safety of the motorists, residents, and workers within the project limits, the roadway will be intermittently down to one lane of traffic in each direction during work hours. The closures are necessary to improve the conditions of the roadway.
Motorists are asked to please travel with caution through this area at all times while the improvement project is taking place as certain portions of road may be rough to drive through until the project is complete.
If possible, please seek an alternate route and allow extra time to reach your destination.
Residents or Motorists with questions or concerns are asked to contact the Hendry County Engineering Department at 863-675-5222.
