The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), July 14-20.

• Al-Khabir Ya’Seem Tate, 32, Lehigh Acres, was arrested on July 15, by Deputy Sheriff A. Najjar on charges of felony criminal mischief and felony petit theft – third of subsequent offense.

• Alex Eligio Cedillas, 40, LaBelle, was arrested on July 15, by Det D. Calvo on charges of Lewd & Lascivious and Possession of Obscene Material.

• Justin Robert Quade, 36, Michigan, was arrested on July 16, 2015, by Deputy Sheriff D. Stevenson on charges of Out of state of fugitive warrant, theft of motor vehicle, driving while license suspended/revoked and failure to register motor vehicle.

• Edgarvis DeJesus Contreras Fernandez, 24, Hialeah, was arrested on July 16, by Deputy Sheriff B. Barrira on charges of felony possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Christopher Diaz, 22, Clewiston, was arrested on 07/16/2025, by Deputy Sheriff D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation and misd. violation of probation.

• Alex Eligio Cedillos, 40, LaBelle, was arrested on July 16, by Detective D. Calvo on charges of lewd & lascivious behavior and possession of obscene material.

• Michael Lee Morris, 46, LaBelle, was arrested on July 17, by Deputy Sheriff D. Givans on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Jonathon Aundre-Herrera Crespo, 25, Clewiston, was arrested on July 17, by Deputy Sheriff R. Gosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver.

• Salvador Ramirez, 45, Clewiston, was arrested on Jul 17, by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Ruel Anthony Smith, 40, Clewiston, was arrested on July 18, by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Adam Ray Gibson, 44, LaBelle, was arrested on July 20, by Deputy Sheriff K. Melgoza on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of drug equipment, driving while license suspended/revoked and attached tag not assigned.
