Hendry County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Jan. 12-18.

• Noe Espinoza, 25, LaBelle was arrested Jan. 12 by Deputy A. McCarty on charges of felony fleeing and eluding.

• Jesse Loza, 44, Moore Haven, was arrested Jan. 12 by Deputy N. Velazquez Olvera on 4X of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Maria Chavarria, 46, Moore Haven was arrested Jan.12 by Deputy N. Velazquez Olvera on 6X of possession of controlled substance without prescription, 2X possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver.

• Juan Rivas, 42, LaBelle, was arrested Jan. 12 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation.

• Eddie Pope, 40, Clewiston, was arrested Jan. 12 by Deputy J. Hannam on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and loitering and prowling.

• Jakobie Jones, 25, Pahokee, was arrested Jan. 12 by Deputy A. Najjar on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and smuggling narcotics into a detention facility.

• Zachary Williams, 19, Clewiston, was arrested Jan. 14 by Deputy J. Hannam on 2X of obstruction without violence and felony fleeing and eluding.

• Stacey Castillo, 48, Felda, was arrested Jan. 14 by Detective N. Todd on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.

• Lindsey Herndon, 39, LaBelle, was arrested Jan. 14 by Detective N. Todd on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, smuggling narcotics into a detention facility and tampering with evidence.

• Davey Snow, 44, Okeechobee, was arrested Jan. 14 by K9 Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription, engage in criminal offense with weapon, possession of controlled substance with intent to sell/deliver and possession of firearm by Fla. convicted felon.

• Craig Johns, 36, Clewiston, was arrested Jan. 15 by K9 Cpl. L. Rodrigeuz on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to sell/deliver.

• James Green, 49, South Bay, was arrested Jan. 15 by Deputy S. Farraj on outstanding warrants for organized fraud and grand theft.

• John Bex, 47, Largo, was arrested Jan. 15 by K9 Deputy Elsaid on charges of possession of fentanyl, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Leopoldo Ledesma, 22, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 17 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction without violence, fleeing and eluding and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
