Collier County Commissioner William L. McDaniel, Jr., District 5, invites the public to attend his Town Hall Gathering from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 27, at CareerSource, 750 South 5th Street, Immokalee.

“I am looking forward to interacting with my District 5 constituents and bringing you up-to-date on issues that are important to you and responding to your questions and concerns,” said Commissioner McDaniel.

The agenda will include a short introduction of the Arts & Culture Strategic Plan by Jack Wert,, a presentation by Stephanie Ramos from the Shelter for Abused Women and Children, a 311 presentation, an update on Transportation/Infrastructure projects, and updates on local community projects and Growth Management. Additionally, we will have displays for our 311 system, DAS and recycling.

Members of Collier County Government staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide information. A question and answer session with Commissioner McDaniel will also be provided.

More than one commissioner may be present and participate in this town hall gathering. Discussion may include items for action at a future Board of County Commissioners meeting.
