COVID-19 testing hours:
Testing at DOH-Collier Naples site: 3339 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112.
• DOH-Collier Determined High Priority Group Testing Only - Appointment only – All ages Daily, Monday – Friday – 9:00am-3:00pm

• Appointment only, drive-thru testing – All ages Thursdays – 9:00am-3:00pm
For an appointment call (239) 252-8230 on Tuesdays– 9:00am-4:00pm
No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.
Testing at DOH-Collier Immokalee site: 419 North First Street, Immokalee, FL 34142.

• Walk-up testing – All ages

• Walk-up testing – All ages
Friday, July 24, 2020 and Friday, July 31, 2020 – 9:00am-1:00pm
No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.

Through a partnership the Department of Emergency Management, Florida National Guard, Florida Department of Health, Lee County, and Collier County offers drive-thru testing at Century Link Sports Complex.
Testing at Century Link Sports Complex: 14100 Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33916.
• Drive-thru testing – 18 years and over Daily, Monday-Sunday – 9:00am-5:00pm
Last car to be admitted through the gate is 3:00pm or when testing capacity reaches its limit.
No referral is needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to show a valid ID for everyone being tested.
