In observance of the Independence Day holiday, there will be no trash, yard waste or recycling collection on Saturday, July 4th in the areas of Collier County serviced by Waste Management, including Marco Island and Everglades City, or in the Immokalee area serviced by Waste Connections. There is no make-up day. Service will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.
All Collier County recycling drop-off centers as well as the Landfill will be closed on Saturday, July 4th.

Friday, July 3rd hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Reduce, reuse, and recycle throughout the July 4th holiday. Recycle clean aluminum cans and glass bottles. Place used plastic cups and paper plates in the trash. Spent fireworks that have been soaked in water can be safely disposed in the trash. Never place unused fireworks in trash or recycling containers.
