Pictured from left to right Corpal Patti Calderson, Vice President of the ICOC , Christie A. Bentancourt, CRA Interim Operations Manager, & Danny Gonzalez, ICOC’s President.[/caption] The Florida Culinary Accelerator that will be in Immokalee is a membership-based commercial kitchen for the prep, creation and distribution of hand crafted food products. Any Culinary Entrepreneurs will soon be able to create their own products in the Culinary Accelerator and then directly see their products at a local-source market,(Woodstock’s Market) located in Naples at 3510 Kraft Rd. #103. The Immokalee Chamber of Commerce President, his Vice President and Immokalee’s CRA Interim Operations Manager all stated this was a large accomplishment made possible by numerous businesses and individuals that supported the mission to make this project a reality here in Immokalee.
