The Immokalee Chamber of Commerce was one of many presenters for the Immokalee High School Senior Scholarship & Award Program on May 13, 2016 at IHS auditorium. Two scholarships were given by the Christmas Around The World Parade and Gala Event which is hosted by the local Chamber of Commerce each year. The Christmas committee selected this years scholars on all the criterias of the “STEM” Program( Science, technology, Engineering and Mathematics) presently offered in the Collier County School District. Our 2016’ winners of the Christmas around the World Scholarships were awarded to: Ms. Aryssa Valladares and Jenna Zarate. Both young ladies are pursuing careers from the Stem Program.
