To bring Collier County government’s business closer to the Immokalee community, the Collier County Communication and Customer Relations Office announced today that the public may view live televised meetings of the Board of County Commissioners at the Immokalee Library, 417 N. 1st St., Immokalee, Florida 34142. A television was recently installed in the Program Room of the library for this specific purpose. Upcoming televised meetings of the Board of County Commissioners are as follows: • 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 13 - Regular Board of County Commissioners meeting • 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 15 - Fiscal Year 2018 Proposed Budget Review workshop • 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 20 – Master Plan Update, Rural Fringe Mixed-Use District workshop • 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27 - Regular Board of County Commissioners meeting • 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 11 - Regular Board of County Commissioners meeting “I am pleased that we can bring Collier County government a little closer to our Immokalee residents,” said District 5 Commissioner William L.
