Collier County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested an Immokalee Middle School (IMS) student Wednesday after an investigation determined that he sent a message over social media that threatened an act of violence with a gun.
The 12-year-old student is charged with written threats to kill or do bodily injury, which is a felony.
